Pros

Working for Hyatt offered good benefits and great hotel rates around the world. It was nice as a bartender to see different people every singe day. You had some regulars if you worked during lunch, but at night was when you met some reaally good people. Management was fair, while still adhearing to the Hyatt brand. Had the opportunity to work some functions that paid well (open bar) which gave more insight to different operations inside the hotel.

Cons

Other than being a big hotel and a lot of walking around to get to things, I do not have many cons to list. All in all, it was a great place to work.
