Feels like a big family. We have a great time, enjoy our guests, then enjoy the rest of our day when it is time to leave.

Cons

Customers comments when we do a great job, yet do not meet their exact specifications. Especially when they are not given to us.

Awesome benefits and open to move up in the company. They provide free meals (lunch or dinners) and make sure employees are happy. Lots of employee recognition and rewards.

Cons

To make major promotion be ready to move from state to state. If you have a family that likes to be settle then you may stay at a supervisor position.
