I have worked at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo (Brazil) for 2 and a half years and it was the best company I have ever worked. The general manager was very worried with all employees conditions and was pretty fair.

Cons

You develop your career, but some changes of departments are not possible due to salary diferences, even if they have better work conditions (not working weekends or night shifts).
