Pros

Exciting and social atmosphere. Company executive leadership tries to promote a culture of innovation and personal engagement. They say they are interested in ethical employees

Cons

The middle management chastises employees who actually attempt to bring innovation to life. Employees are not actually supported in their roles and have to spend most of their time navigating turf wars of their superiors.
