Hyatt acquired this property in October of 2013 and because of the large price tag it had a huge target on it for immediate success. I noticed that the company seemed to dwell too much on previous guests and not enough about incoming and current guests.
Sales and catering also needs a little more communication with some of there clients. if we are sold out the night before and have 1000 check outs and your client is coming in to a penthouse at 9am, i am about 98% certain that your room will NOT be ready. Don't forget that, most likely, someone else's client is in there or someone who paid $1800 a night is there. Be reasonable!
