Pros

None. Nothing positive to share.

Cons

My experience working at the Hyatt Regency was overwhelmingly negative due to a toxic work environment fostered by poor management. Communication was unprofessional, favoritism was rampant, and employee well-being was clearly not a priority. I regularly worked 60+ hours a week with little to no recognition or support. In the end, I was let go simply because management didn’t like me—not because of my performance. The lack of respect, fairness, and balance made it one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a healthy or positive professional environment.

Great place to work

Pros

Opportunity for advancement, robust leadership knowledge and experience levels for professional hoteliers (especially in the Green Bay market).

Cons

Can take a while to move up. That said, the longer you stay, the more likely you will rise through the ranks.
