Pros
The training is exceptional. You actually are receiving hands on training with their system and different scenarios you may encounter. Of course, each call is unique so you may come across situations you are not familiar with, but help is not far away if it is needed. I absolutely loved this job and saw myself growing within this company, unfortunately, the last week of training I injured myself and missed time, which is unacceptable during training. I was about to enter into nesting the following week. If ever given the opportunity I would gladly return.
