      Pros

      If your as corrupt as the management in place they will reward you for keeping their lies secret. The HR and the management are excellent portraying this place as a great place to work

      Cons

      If you are close to retirement it's a well known fact they will stop at no cost in order to fire you. They cater to some and retaliate against those who try to expose the corruption

      Pros

      Nice people, nice products, nice lunch. Even a parking lot! The annual new year concert is also a positive element.

      Cons

      The on-going battle between corporate and units. Slow processes. Management team that lack charisma. The "secret" bonus and long time incentives plans.

      Pros

      Although it is a norwegian company, the aluminium business unit is ruled from Germany. The Norsk-German mix is very positive. Innovation, empowerment, security, fairness. A company you definetly want to work for.

      Cons

      As the company expanded buying out other smaller companies, there was a culture gap that produced some conflicts. But this could also be seen as a positive challenge.
