Great talent that were strung along with empty promises
Pros
- A lot of learning opportunities like certifications, IBM tools, etc. - A lot of room to learn about different industries if you're brave enough to go find those projects yourself and not get sucked into an internal project. - Your fellow peers (people who started the time as you) are great people, good talent who are excited to learn so you get to have a really good atmosphere and culture in that aspect in the beginning - Overall good company culture outside of the CIC - IBM has good people working with them in general - Diversity and inclusion
Cons
- No room for growth - Pay is HORRIBLE and not worth the amount of work you put in - Leadership only cares to meet metrics and does not maintain a good relationship with their 'reportees' - A lot of empty promises were told during the interview process - I was never treated as an individual. It was very beaurcratic
