My team is good, the stack is modern and constantly improving. I learn from my colleagues and the company requires from employees to spend time on learning. My managers are supportive.

Cons

Stubborn colocation only policy (== no home-office) , which is absurd for developers. This might change somewhat during the pandemic. Not all teams are as nice as mine, as I hear from others.
