Pros
Opportunity for almost every technology there is. Great exposure in terms of large projects and clients. Mostly good atmosphere among projects & courses to learn & grow for entry level employees. ( As there are loads of projects, individual experiences may vary )
Cons
Easy to get lost between all the technologies and projects in the Big Blue. No proper framework to monitor working hours and claim utilization. No proper pantry , cafeteria & canteen for lunch and snacks. Employees usually have to extend as management does not possess the proper skill to negotiate with the client and often resorts to agreeing for every request and deadline.
