Pros

Atmosphere was relaxed, colleagues helpful. Pluralsight access and also Safari books and other training opportunities. In the team there were initiatives to inspire people to develop better coding practices or prepare some training. Also if someone would like to get access to some extra RPA tool it was sometimes possible to have it arrange so they could learn extra tool

Cons

In my case communication was the reason why I left this job. I had a feeling I got stuck in a rut and there is no possibility of change for any better. I think a lot of people leaves due to this factor. There is no clear vision of the future in terms of what projects will be available etc.

Pros

Learning phase, Time flexibility

Cons

Managers are not good for RPA team. Considering developers as slaves. All blame goes to the developers. Very less hike and no good projects. HRs may cheat you for band consideration while taking joining time. Managers give false promises regarding hike and promotions. Politics Politics Politics a lot. IBM RPA is a big failure in all aspects due to weak management system. I respected this company a lot but now IBM stands for Idiots Become Managers.
