Pros

Being a Java developer, i got a chance to move into RPA development and then got promoted to RPA consultant all within a year. So if someone is saying that there's no growth out here, i would advise that person to work harder or exhibit some exceptional niche skills as you need to stand up from the crowd to get promoted. Nothing comes easy ! Mostly client based projects in Mumbai so that way you get good exposure. Flexible working time and WFH for employees.

Cons

Can't think of any at present

Pros

Atmosphere was relaxed, colleagues helpful. Pluralsight access and also Safari books and other training opportunities. In the team there were initiatives to inspire people to develop better coding practices or prepare some training. Also if someone would like to get access to some extra RPA tool it was sometimes possible to have it arrange so they could learn extra tool

Cons

In my case communication was the reason why I left this job. I had a feeling I got stuck in a rut and there is no possibility of change for any better. I think a lot of people leaves due to this factor. There is no clear vision of the future in terms of what projects will be available etc.
