      Worst company to work for, extreme micromanagement

      Pros

      no good reasons, this is really the worst company ive ever worked for in 20 years, stay away from this company, there's a reason their stock price has been flat for 7 years

      Cons

      double standards, too much micromanagement, low salary, high task load, expected to work over time and not get paid, unable to take bathroom breaks or have chance to eat food during the day, the only thing worse than a government job is a gig @ IBM, flex time is given to those who have spouses or children; extreme discrimination against singles, terrible telecommute options, client device has hardware & software issues daily, no helpdesk support

      Pros

      Large Company with a wealth of knowledge and many great connections. Tons of opportunity in about every field you can imagine.

      Cons

      Lots of internal shuffling. Seemed like a lack of stability for such a large company. Rampant overlap and outright duplication in many projects.
