Pros

BM provides great growth opportunities for its employees, IBM offers YourLearning a large study platform with more than 6 thousand courses, the employee can access all Udemy courses for free with the IBM email. The employee can apply to take cloud, scrum, etc. certifications. The certification tests are all paid for by the company. IBM provides a supportive and supportive environment among employees with mental health in mind. I went through several teams in the consulting area within the company and noticed the union between the team.

Cons

I realize that in some teams there are people with high positions and low technical capacity, in the same team people with high technical capacity and low positions.
