- no swipe in and swipe out - 3 days office policy
Cons
-likely you will be removed within a year or 2 ( during multiple reorgs) -very unsafe place as an employee escp if you cant do politics and just want to focus on work -so much mental pressure escp in IBM product divisions -many manager do not have clear english accent, you can't understand what they want -managers are competing with employees keep technical team away from MBA like expectation, you are wasting tech talent
