Pros

1.Work from home. 2,flexible, brand name

Cons

1.Competition is poor 2.Yearly hike is not at all satisfactory according to workload. 3.Shift allowances have been revised in 2006-7 days still continuing same. 4.There is no guarantee that you would get Performance award and GDP. Takes from lower level employees and give to seniors. 5.There is not any impressive employee benefits. 6.Internal processes are backdated.. 7. Give focus on cost cutting rather than having growth in revenue.. 8.Managers always tell about learning and avoid the earning section..

Pros

The work/life balance approach is definitely a pro, along with being able to work remotely (depending on your job, of course). Being a global company means the company has a very good intranet, which is an excellent tool on finding help for common problems/issues of any kind (hardware, HR, payroll, processes, etc.).

Cons

The downside of remote work is not being able to interact with your co-workers, which eventually leads to spending more time on something that would be easily done if the involved parts were in the same location.

Pros

The position is great. people are great, exposure to large mainframe systems in a relaxed environment. I have learned a lot and enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

A lot of meetings. Several people retiring leaves the company in a state of flux. Sometimes the work can be tedious.
