Flexibility, different projects and, many interns opportunities if you have time and are eager to pursue them, good work environment (maybe not if you work at some clients), good benefits.
Cons
The pros and cons depends on the project you are working on. You can get a project that may not have a good work environment and that have too much stress. In general, IBM makes difficult for you to have a career inside the company. You have to make a good use of you personal marketing.
