Pros

It is a pleasure to be an IBMer, we are a cohesive, communicative, collaborative team, we have several learning channels, career incentives, guidance, study platforms, incentives for certifications, professional conduct training, quality, safety, we have performance indicators, trust by the organization. Psychosocial, medical, legal support. The working environment is healthy, whether remote or in person. What to say? Being an IBMer is a dream that comes true every day!

Cons

Given the constant changes within the digital transformation process, I believe that we, IBMers, could become even more engaged in the Company's initiatives! I don't see any cons in relation to the IBM organization.

Pros

- Great self development platforms (Udemy, O'reilly, Your Learning, etc) - Fair salary - Good work life balance - Real growth opportunity

Cons

- Almost impossible to use top market technologies. - Lack of documentation on projects. It's common to have someone that works on IBM for 25 years and this person becomes the documentation. - They are pushing to end the remote work.
