      Large, established, systems in place but somewhat difficult to manouvre for a new employee, lots of learning to do.

      Pros

      There's a lot to learn, love the different cultures you interact with since all nationalities are represented, immense opportunities for growth, and wonderful colleagues.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to introduce change or innovations especially if you're not at the top.. Delays in approvals and integration of staff engagement activities.. Since there's too much going on. Short term contracts are a discouragement as you can't really accomplish much in a short time..
