Excellent staff care including meditation app subscription, free access to stress counselors, and wellbeing seminars. Great work environment Great people Multicultural environment

Work can be very stressful In some positions, overtime is really bad very bureaucratic

Pros

Overall the humanitarian work is great and very dynamic and so this is the case in IFRC, as well.

Cons

Too much hieararchy and office politics and most of the managerial staff behave as if they run a family business, instead of managing a humanitarian organization.
