      This company is so generous with gifts, especially to your kids as well as on regular occasions yearly like Valentine's, Halloween, Christmas, etc.

      Cons

      Some rules affect the fairness of employees causing them to not fully perform their task when they actually can since the output will not be enough due to the said rules.
