Pros

Good benefits here and they do care about employees. Because it doesn't have a big name in the industry so they try hard to keep employees stay here.

Cons

It's basically a Chinese company so you can see and hear a lot chinese people around you which is not friendly for none chinese speakers. And its pipeline and the way they work at CG department is quite messy.

Decent pay for a junior

Cons

extremely junior work, so dont expect to put anything on your portfolio as a junior. All leads have no industry experience or very little outside of IGG, so no real pipeline here exists. No training whatsoever, you are essentially thrown to the wolves on your first day, and if you dont keep up with the absurd deadlines you are shamed and "strongly suggested" to do absurd daily overtime to keep up with the insane deadlines. Overall I wouldnt recommend working here to anyone who wants to progress your career, however the pay can be good for juniors so if you dont care about work environment/OT and just wanna grind it out for money its not bad
