      Pros

      Good place to start and learn for a bit. The teams are generally friendly and helpful. Experienced team members in related field. Pretty chill work environment overall.

      Cons

      Just pretend the HR dont exist. Infrequent payslips. Out of the loop if you cant understand chinese as you will be working with chinese team members too and reporting to them. No compensation upon termination. Stingy as hell.
