      A relatively big game-develop company in Taiwan, which is able to give you better start salary.

      Cons

      Overtime work is very common in here, average extra worktime is about 20~30 hour/month. It's like there's multiple teams working on their project in this company, and teams has little communication between, and make these teams like rivals. Bad product management. The management is close to the rule of man, some people do not do their job properly. Chaos.
