Pros

You will have a free Chinese class.

Cons

Over promised bonus and haven't paid more than 400. Over time is a standard if you don't you will be marked. One man decision and change frequently by himself but we need to the crunch Outsourcing is main. in studio no skilled seniorsNo structure of the production.  Compare each other for the loyalty  Heavily influenced project, I mean 'HEAVILY'. No creativity.  If you contact them they will promise you a lot. But you will know what is the truth.

Pros

- Limited benefits like dental, vacation, and etc. - Learn how to improve your skills on your own - Work independently, and the work is pretty easy because the quality of projects are junior standard. - Learn how to deal with co-workers who are being inappropriate or unprofessional. - This depends on people but the culture of the company is very Asian/Chinese, so if you are more familiar with those culture, it will be great. - If you speak mandarin, it's easier to communicate with the lead/supervisors. - Learn other people's job other when they are short on people. - Lots of good restaurants on WestBroadway.

Cons

- There's no solid direction when it comes to working on projects, so it keeps getting delayed. Because of the delay, everyone stays overtime to finish the project as soon as possible. - The projects are mostly "inspired" from other games, which are almost identical with junior standard. Because of this, you can't really use any work you put a lot of effort on your portfolio/reel. - If you are not familiar with Chinese/Asian culture, you might find certain things that are stated as "offensive" or "inappropriate" in workplace. (For example, one of the coworkers imitated an accent and used n word) (Or making a statements like "women shouldn't be doing this"). As a Canadian, if you try to raise the issues, they will tell you that it's not "inappropriate" in Chinese culture so you have to understand. However, if this won't bother you it shouldn't be a problem. - They pay you without any delay. - Definitely not a company to grow and improve your skills in career. It is important to work on personal project outside of work, but because of overtime, it might be challenging to find personal time to do it. - Most of the people at work have no passion or motivation. - It can be challenging to communicate with supervisor if you don't speak Mandarin. - Majority of people are Chinese (there's nothing wrong with this.) and sometimes they talk in Mandarin during small meeting/discussions which can be frustrating. - They will make you do something that's not related to your job if needed. This happens all the time in smaller companies. This can be cons if you don't wanna do anything but what you signed up for.
