      * avaibility to work on big titles in mid or hard core genre * relative creative freedom * not tense atmosphere * a lot of good guys

      Cons

      * bad office infrastructure. Office placed in the bad building (no condition, bad office design, no normal toilet rooms) *Minsk office is not fully integrated into Chinese processes. * no beneffits

      + They give you time to achieve their goals + Really nice view from the office + Really friendly coworkers + Very passionate manager + They pay part or all of your compass pass

      Cons

      - Working at the behest of IGG China - Not many advances for pay raises - Snacks are overwhelmingly unhealthy (this is a weird one to complain about though because they're free) - Missing some crucial positions which leaves you doing a little bit of everything (though this could also be a plus for some people) - Getting to work was terrible with the 99 express bus.
