      Pros

      Using some bleeding edge back-end technology. Some really smart and competent people to work with, and a good culture of continuing education. Good location to commute to, and beautiful view of Vancouver and north shore.

      Cons

      High chaos level. Under-powered computer workstations, unstable technical infrastructure, immature engineering discipline, poor on-boarding process, autocratic General Manager lacking in leadership skills.

      Pros

      The working atmosphere is awesome! I do love my co-workers and my team! We work together and support each others just like a big family! I leaned much from them. It's the good place to improve myself! What's more, the working environment is good. Working at this office with magic-realism style is soooooo cool!

      Cons

      there is no forced working overtime, but I still need to work overtime some times for finishing my work.
