      People here are pretty nice. Full of challenges. As long as you are hard working, you got pretty much chances to get promoted. Decent Bonus

      Cons

      You have to work on holiday or weekends sometimes due to emergencies. 24 hours stand-by, for game industry tradition.

      Pros

      The China team is a great and united team. Learn a lot from the team member, the upper manager and even the leaders from other teams. Very comfortable working environment. Great supports for pregnant women and parents. Have children center to take care of your small kids. Strong R&D team, operation team, HR team and so on. Most of the cross department cooperations can go smoothly. Full of talented and responsible people. 

      Cons

      Sometimes the job's pressure is heavy. You need to work overtime to achieve the goal.
