      Pros

      very flexible work environment, including home office possibilities friendly towards everyone nice cooperating environment provides you great opportunities to step up and grow

      Cons

      too many bosses and few people to actually do the jobs required too much office politics no investment in your career company extremely stingy

      Pros

      Interesting work, some excellent teams, good work life balance especially for research/consulting standards.

      Cons

      No corporate culture fosters an "every man for himself" environment. Highly centralized decision making means that it is nearly impossible to distinguish high performers from dead weight. 20% of IHS employees do 80% of the work. Treats skilled managers like children since they have no responsibility over their operations.

      Good salaries, bad perspectives

      Pros

      The salaries are good, flexible working hours with the possibility of home office days. Good balance between professional and personal life.

      Cons

      No career opportunities. People are not valued, seems like anyone one can be replaced at any time. More value for hiring new employees than investing to keep with the current good ones. Insignificant bonus policies. Too much bureaucracy, irrelevant meetings and too much time lost with other things than the actual job. Changes structure and managing all the time and it looks like there's never middle/long term planning.
