This company is HORRIFIC. They solely care about making money. They do not care about their employees at ALL. You are simply a work slave for them and when they are done with you, best believe they will get rid of you. If you make any mistakes (even if the company is to blame for it), they will turn on you and get rid of you. I do not recommend any one to work for this company. Everything seems sweet when you first start but believe me, you will eventually regret your decision to work for them. And, the higher ups are all evil too. They make all this money and don’t even have souls, aren’t even good people, and damn sure don’t care about those working for them at the bottom. They don’t pay you what you deserve as an employee, they make the bonuses harder and harder for you to obtain, they train you for injectables for like a day and then throw you to the wolves. ALL the NP’s I met there are unhappy.. majority start off full time and eventually go down to part time because they can’t take it anymore. They pack your schedule there so much, and shorten appointment times, just so you can see more clients throughout the day. If you’re doing coolsculpting, many days you won’t get a lunch because the scheduling is incorrect. Even if you’re desperate for a job, I still don’t recommend taking a position with them. Save yourself, and run! If I could give them 0 starts, I would.
