      Pros

      Before the company turned for the worst, I met some very great people.

      Cons

      Horrible management. The company is in a decline so they take it out on the staff.

      The pay was decent at one point but they change it all the time

      Cons

      Manipulated me into a promotion, just to then hold us to unrealistic expectations and berate us/ micromanage us for every little thing we did but in front of higher leader ship would talk about how awesome we were when we were essentially being abused.
