Pros

None except my immediate co- workers.

Cons

Worst management I have ever experienced as a licensed health professional. No raises. No work/life balance. No respect for Nurse practitioners that's why there is high turnover. Pay is horrible and they feel a potential bonus is better than a raise. Trying to get time off is a joke, just overall not a good place to work for anyone with half a brain. They honestly only care about sales. Most medical professionals don't care about sales, commission,or bonuses.

Pros

Free laser treatments. That's it.

Cons

There are so many, I don't know where to start. It truly was the worst sales job I have ever had. They make you work open to close every day because there is only one sales consultant...usually 10 hours per day. They set unobtainable goals and pay you 0% commission unless you hit them. My store's goal was $100K per month. If I sold $99K (which has happened) I received NO commission. They will pay you a draw ($33K), which you have to pay back and force you to give away "free" products to new guests, which range from $250 to $450 and take the money out of your pay. Don't know how that is legal. Also, guests receive 0% financing but the financing company charges Ideal 18% per transaction and guess who has to pay for that also? You do. What does all of this mean? If you hit your goal, you are told you will get 5% commission. The first month I hit goal I was expecting $5000. However, after everything they take out, my commission check was $217. In the 10 months I worked there, I invoiced $3 million dollars and collected over $1 million and they paid me a total of $28K. And that was before taxes, insurance etc. was taken out. The insurance is a joke. For the lowest medical plan (high deductible) for a family it's over $800 per month. My take home each week was about $350. They are making money hand over fist by basically stealing from the sales people. Of course the turnover is alarming, to say the least. I was recruited from another job with all kinds of promises. None of which came to fruition. DO NOT believe the recruiters or the Regional Managers. They will flat out lie to you. While trying to lure me in, I was told that not one single consultant made base only. In reality, when I left, 80% of the consultants were making base because of the outlandish goals and zero percent commissions. I wish I had read all these reviews before I made the biggest mistake of my life. Honestly, I don't know if it's the fault of Steiner or Bruce Fabel or both, but they are all grossly unethical and just plain ignorant. Let's treat the only people in the company generating revenue the worst. Genius. I wonder if Bruce can live on $350 a week?
