      Company cares more about the money then client also not much diversity.

You can positively impact clients’ self-esteem and well-being through beauty and wellness treatments. 3. The industry is growing, providing numerous opportunities for advancement and specialization. 4. I love my team!!!!! You'll work alongside great nurses and client coordinators allowing for learning and mentorship. 5. Exposure to the latest beauty and wellness technologies keeps you informed about industry trends.

      Pros

      Good Bonus & Commission Structure, Good training, Staff support is adequate from District Manager and HR, PTO is adequate

      Cons

      High turnover rate due to unrealistic expectations for new providers. All providers are brand new and get training for each modality - this takes a long time and is not good for guests who will be put on months of waiting lists. Bonus & Commission structure does not change if you lose a fully trained provider. Every day, there is a new problem for your District to be challenged with and "figure out"
