      Pros

      I am empowered to make the right decision and am able to use my critical thinking skills on the job every day. I fell that I am continuing to grow with Ideal Image and really admire my co-workers. PTO and benefits are great and the hours are very manageable. The executive team is amazing and the President Bruce Fable is an incredible leader. He is taking this company to a whole new level!

      Pros

      Great culture, growth potential, employee training program, and employee referral bonuses!! I've been Ideal Image a little less than 1 year. I've seen the company add over 20 locations so far this year! I'm excited about the growth in the next couple years.

      Cons

      longer hours- but we work late some nights to get the job done!

      Pros

      Relaxed, fun work environment. Exciting and diverse work. Great growth potential. Great learning potential. Business casual attire. Excellent team of very knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Health/retirement benefits are extremely costly. They are in excess of a week salary and as such unaffordable. Balance work and life - allowing people to work from home more.
