relatively good salary, comission added and benefits after reaching given targets, clear rules within the company, clear tasks

Cons

contracts have fixed amount of hours what does not give a room for flexibility, even though I was doing part-time it still limited my options for holidays, there was no option of going away during christmas/new years season

I heard the salary is better than H& M and other fast fashions but I am not sure. If really managers have been chosen correctly not people with complex then you can grow but if they let you

Nothing is fair. A group of unfair managers will use you to get better bonus for themselves. Schedule is not fair . Not calculating extra hours. And I guess it’s better for students to work there than sn employee
