They usually pay you the minimum wage. In Ireland, we get double pay for Sundays and holidays + 1% commission. Overall good salary for retail.

Cons

You are always working for 3 people. They do not give enough contract hours for the managers to hire enough personnel, so everyone is always overstressed and strugling with theis tasks.
