Intense worklife, you'll have to work fulltime at fridays too (except summertime)

Inditex is a meat grinder where people comes and goes, crazy shift and increasing responsibilities, not justified by the salary that at it's minimum even for full time (40 hours) it goes under 1000 british pound, the manager don't really care as the company itself, many of the manager are aggressive, mean frustrated people, hitting on colleagues, the company is very aware of this behavior, still bully and lower mean behavior are tolerated by Inditex as long as the shop reach the monthly target. This big multinational is only money oriented regardless the employee satisfaction and happiness. Nepotism is the leading reason on how to promote people and the ones close to the main office, ignorant on fashion, incompetent on managing staff, threatening managers and a greedy company with ruthless ideals are the mix that made inditex so powerful and untouchable.
