Informa emphasizes an excellent work culture during the onboarding process, highlighting values such as inclusion, equity, and respect. However, in practice, the reality in South Florida is far from these principles. Instances of favoritism, lack of transparency, and subtle forms of discrimination contradict the company’s stated values. While Informa has a strong global reputation, the implementation of its culture in this region leaves much to be desired.
