Management is so greedy and only care for themselves Your direct manager will leave all the work to you even though you are just an executive It can be a place if you just enter the company, but the longer you stay, the worse it becomes and the more demotivated you will be No reward, appreciation or recognition comparable to what you do. Guess who will benegit from that? Management! Yearly salary increase is 2%, even lower than inflation correction Get in if you are desperate, but dont think you would last long

Ótimo ambiente. Grande parte das pessoas são "do bem" e colaboram mutuamente. Dia a dia dinâmico onde dificilmente alguém se sentirá entediado. Aprendizado contínuo por meio do dia a dia.

Cons

Pouquíssima ou nenhuma interação entre os núcleos/portfólios faz com que sejam desperdiçadas muitas oportunidades de negócio. Às vezes, parece que são empresas diferentes, concorrentes, dada a falta de atuação conjunta entre as áreas de negócio.
