      Pros

      Friendly colleagues - Overall 90% of the colleagues there are nice and helpful. However, MANY disapprove of their line managers. Competitive Salary - Pays decent among in the market. Work trips and Incentive trips - Opportunity to travel depending on your role and whether your leader likes you. Company incentive trip helps boost employees morale and motivation.

      Cons

      Head of team has a very traditional and toxic mindset. Zero form of encouragement but always see a sore eye in people. Doesn’t know how to be a leader but somehow still managed to keep the role despite pushing most work to his/her subordinate. Doesn’t give credit to team but just his/herself, always claim credit for work done. When things doesn’t go his/HER way, will blame other teams for not making enough efforts.
