      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly and collaborative. Remote work / work from home policy has been adopted since 2020.

      Cons

      Salary was lower than similar position in other companies, especially for entry level. Promotion and salary increment were also very slow. In addition, overtime work is quite common during the peak season.
