- Lack of room for growth-majority of senior management have been there for 10+ years and will likely stay until retirement, so not a ton of room to climb the ladder in a meaningful way. Promotions are extremely rare for sales department in particular - Base compensation is not competitive. Unlivable in large cities like Los Angeles and New York - A bit of favoritism amongst Senior Management Team - Burnout is frequent - Extremely large company- approvals on decisions (promotions, raises, etc.) takes too long
