      work life balance in infosys is not good. team is stretched out and not happy.

      Many good things and maybe a couple not so good

      Pros

      Large corporation with a huge footprint. Plenty of opportunities and contracts to choose from. Potential for advancement was stifled by Covid but is normally decent.

      Cons

      Many of the practices are peculiar for the American employee. Convoluted timecard and review management. Once you get used to it it's tolerable but you definitely need help to get there.
