Great brand name, training opportunities, awesome campuses, wide variety of roles available if you perform well and have good mentors Was a great company when growth was 20 plus percent.

Cons

Centralized and bureaucratic, Conservative in taking risks, certain policies are draconian. Leadership is clueless on company strategy now
