      Low Pay for US Employees, High Cost of Benefits for US Employees, NO 401k Match - Sucks

      Pros

      - Management is pretty lazy so they don't micromanage you - The provide a small gym and free vending machines in the office - Culturally accepting of many people

      Cons

      - The salaries are horrible. You are classified and paid as a certain title but you are expected to carry out leadership duties and never get rewarded for it. - Benefits are expensive (and about to go up again) for US employees - Benefits are weak through Aetna, Medical, Dental and Vision are average, Pharmacy is horrible for US employees - No 401k match, no retirement benefit at all for US employees - Employees are ranked like the old Indian Caste System, Employees below a 5 level get very little support in terms of equipment, ticket resolution. If you are a level 2 employee you are dirt.

      Pros

      you can always quit. The colleagues are nice, but being a foreigner in CZ without knowing the language makes it a bit difficult to have really a private life.

      Cons

      Want you to do a lot of overtime, totally Indian approach on cost savings, they don't really think about you in the way they should be and basically hire anyone.

      Most of the people I have worked with are down to earth and very understanding - that's it.

      Cons

      Career Opportunities - It is normal that you get to feel the on the job training but if you have been promoted verbally as an SME or Team Leader and doing the role full time, you'd expect a salary increase and an updated contract right? Well, we regret to inform you that it doesn't happen here as I've seen employees having these sentiments for 2 - 3 years doing the same role hoping for a change... Compensation & Benefits - they're cheating on the benefits with de minimis to reduce the tax the company is paying monthly/annually; The payroll system is too poor, manual and bound by errors; We have employees who didnt' get a salary for at least 1 - 2 months and barely get a support from the upper management. As simple as filing an OT, you'd expect to get paid at least on the next 1 - 2 cut offs but no... you might get it in the next quarter or may not even get it at all... because you just can't track it at all... Facilities - expect the Air conditioning system malfunctioning once in a while and don't be surprised if you see cockroaches at the pantry; ISO fail; Access cards barely working - and we've reported these several times...
