      Fresher Training is very good Infrastructure

      CRR Ratings, iRace 1. There is no transparancy in CRR ratings 2. Lots of policies changed recently 3. Lot of favorism during promotions, No recognition for hardwork 4. You should stay in office for 9.15Hrs. Otherwise leave would be deducted. If you stay late nights and works for more than 9.15hrs; No leave would be added ;-) 5. Managers, Senior mangers don't know anything - I mean fresher is far better than them, Freshers are more competitive. 6. Infy was good under NRN and Nilekani 7. 2nd Generation Higher management is no good. " Finally...Infosys changed alot in the recent past. It was quite good when I joined 5yrs back" It is no longer employee friendly. Wakeup guys..It is the time to step forward towards career growth..!

      Enjoy infrastructure at offshore locations

      1) Employees slog for more than 13 to 14 hours a day. 2) Managers plays lot of politics 3) No fairness in deciding the roles. 4) Variable pay policy where people ultimately get very less in hand.

      everything else---- salary 9.25 hours onsite low quality projects night shift no work life balance no understanding of employee isssue what so ever
