- The CEO is impressive and his vision is inspirational. He sets high expectations for performance but ensures that hard work is rewarded. He follows through with his promises and raises are given if you have delivered and achieved your goals. He is approachable, always keeping an open door for anyone to share their ideas. No question is ever silly and he makes you feel valued and respected. He also shows genuine concern for employees’ well-being and fosters a supportive work environment. - The entire team is super collaborative and I love how passionate and dedicated everyone is to become the Disney of the 21st Century. - I appreciate that I am challenged beyond the limits of my role and put on projects that push me to grow and acquire new skills.

I really enjoyed the onboarding phase. We kicked off the day with a very structured onboarding session given by HR, receiving all practical information and a very interesting "Get to know Inkitt" presentation. I learnt about Inkitt's values, mission, culture etc. from the very first day and it is supernice to see that all Inkitt colleagues are integrating those values daily. I have only been working here for a couple of weeks and I can only say that I get really energised working for this people oriented organisation. Excited for what the future will bring!
