- great, inspirational people - flexible working hours - awesome product (go Inkitt & Galatea!) - competitive salary - inclusive and diverse culture - all your achievements will be appreciated and recognized - leaders are more like mentors and partners rather than bosses

Cons

- very limited benefits unless you live in Germany or the US

-Truly challenging, always evolving and adapting to greater heights -You feel like your coworkers are more than just peers, and you feel genuinely excited to see them everyday and to have conversations -You are challenged by your peers in a constructive manner -Feedback is encouraged, ideas are welcomed -Change is not seen as scary or rigid, it is always flowing -Every department is growing on a weekly basis with brand new roles we are hiring for -Company continues to grow and people are truly happy to be here -Open door policy with the CEO and with everyone here -Multiple forms of communication and company is happy to have you travel to their offices -Work from home flexibility with the opportunity to go in office if you are close enough -Incredible health benefits + employee benefits -GOOD VIBES!!!

Terrible culture, poor leadership, suspect 5* reviews

Pros

* You get thrown in the deep end * There are opportunities to move into other departments and roles * A lot of good people throughout the company

Cons

* Poor leadership (mainly from the CEO, but infecting the whole leadership team) * Terrible culture * Zero psychological safety - they have a core value of "Disagree and commit" that could only possibly be and abbreviation of "Disagree and commit to the CEO's decision", they "celebrate failure", but fire anybody that fails according to the CEO's "instincts" / arbitrary measures of performance * Zero care or respect for any of their employees * Irrational micro management from the CEO - clearly does not trust his leadership team
