Pros

A fast-growing, professionally organized company with a portfolio of big-name multinational clients. Offers plentiful benefits and encourages you to fight for new languages, certifcations etc.

Cons

Huge workload means a lot of technical labor is required and proper training will not always be a thing when you start. You're thrown right into the mix and soon are required to perform as well as senior employees.

There are not any pros to working here.

Cons

No business direction, strategy or marketing support. The entire team speaks Portuguese in office around Canadian colleagues, leadership has extremely limited english proficiency. Portuguese is spoken in office, during internal meetings and client strategy calls. AE role includes marketing, Sales Development, Account Management, Legal negotiations, customer support and way more that is entirely out of scope - all positioned as "wearing multiple hats" with no career development opportunities. No sales tools are offered. There is no sales structure, coaching, mentorship or support. Many reps are fired after 7-12 months without any Performance Improvement Plan or guidance.
